Once order has been placed please allow ICY BROTHERS to process the order In time frame of 5 – 10 Days before it is been shipped moreover, delivery time for domestic order will be delivered within 15 days after being processed Whereas International Orders may take up to 30 Days. Shipping Fees, If applicable, It will Be Calculated at the Checkout.

ICY BROTHERS will make every reasonable effort to dispatch orders placed online within a short time frame. Kindly be informed that we cannot be held accountable for any freight delays after the products have been shipped through the designated courier service provider. Delays beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to delays caused by the courier service provider, cannot be summed up as the reason to cancel an order.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe or the stipulated schedule, please kindly contact us at info@icybrothers.com so that we can probe the reason for the delay.

All orders and purchases will be processed and dispatched on business days only. Please be notified that we do not process orders on weekends and public holidays.

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to provide the accurate and correct delivery address. We will dispatch the product to the address given to us when the order was made. Refunds will not be considered if products are sent to the wrong address as a result of the customer’s mistake or error. If delivery attempts are not successful due to incorrect delivery information or unavailability of delivery recipients, any additional fees accrued as a result of making be delivery arrangement will be single-handedly borne by the customer. Moreover, Custom Fees are not part of our system therefore it is not our responsibility.
